1. Identification of the Company
The Discover Algarve Transfers online store, owned by the company with the NIPC 515089230, with its registered office at Rua do Leme, edifício Roseiral 19-T, 8125-213, offers private passenger transportation services (transfers) by online reservation.

2. Object
These Terms and Conditions regulate access, navigation and use of the online store, as well as the process of contracting the transfer services available on the website.


3. Services Available
Discover Algarve Transfers provides private transportation services, including:

  • Transfers to/from airports (Faro, Lisbon, Porto)

  • Transfers to any destination in Portugal and Spain

  • Customized services on request

Descriptions, rates and specific conditions are detailed on each product/service page.


4. Online Booking Process
The user must:

  1. Select the type of transfer

  2. Enter the trip data (dates, times, locations, number of passengers, extras)

  3. Validate and confirm the price

  4. Make the payment

The reservation is only considered valid after confirmation by email.


5. Prices and payments

  • The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force.

  • Payment methods available: Credit Card, MB Way, PayPal, among others indicated at checkout.

  • Discover Algarve Transfers reserves the right to update prices without prior notice, not affecting bookings already paid for.


6. Changes and Cancellations
The customer can request:

  • Change of schedule (subject to availability)

  • Change of destination (may generate additional costs)

  • Cancellation under the terms defined in the “Right of Free Resolution” document

Cancellations for reasons beyond the company’s control (flight delays, strikes, weather events, etc.) must be notified as far in advance as possible.


7. Client’s obligations

  • Provide correct and complete data at the time of booking

  • Be at the agreed place at the agreed time

  • Ensure that children travel with suitable child seats (when selected on the form)


8. Company obligations

  • Ensure the safe, punctual and professional provision of the service

  • Use licensed vehicles and qualified drivers

  • Comply with all legal requirements applicable to passenger transport


9. Complaints and Assistance
Any complaints can be submitted via email to discoveralgarvetransfers@gmail.com.


10. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) – Mandatory
In compliance with Law no. 144/2015, we hereby inform you that the company has joined the following Consumer Conflict Arbitration Centers:

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of resolution via RAL, the District Court of the company’s registered office shall have jurisdiction.
