Conditions of Service

1. Scope
This document establishes the conditions under which Discover Algarve Transfers provides transfer services.


2. Type of Service

  • Private door-to-door transportation

  • Capacity and type of vehicle defined according to the number of passengers

  • Possibility of carrying additional luggage with prior notice


3. Punctuality
The company undertakes to:

  • Monitoring flights (where applicable)

  • Adjust pickup time in the event of an actual flight delay

The client undertakes to be ready at the time indicated.


4. Luggage and objects
Normal luggage is included. Large items must be notified in advance.

The company is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.


5. Safety and Children
The use of:

  • Baby seats

  • Boosters

When selected at the time of booking, they are provided free of charge or at an indicated cost.


6. No-Show
A “no-show” is when the client does not show up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, without warning.
In these cases there is no refund.


7. Changes and rescheduling

  • Can be rescheduled subject to availability

  • Destination changes can alter the final price


8. Cancellation conditions

  • Cancelations up to 48 hours in advance → Full refund

  • Cancellations between 48h and 12h → 40% refund

  • Cancellations less than 12h → No refund
