1. Application of the Law
Under the terms of DL 24/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services with a specific date/schedule (art. 17, point l)).
2. Company Policy
Despite the legal exclusion, Discover Algarve Transfers offers a transparent policy:
Cancellations with more than 24 hours → Full refund
Cancellations between 24h and 12h → 50%
Cancellations after this period → No refund
